Shipping Costs

Delivery is currently €15.50 to addresses in Ireland & Northern Ireland.. Our shipping partners are DHL and tracking is available on all orders. Shipping and delivery charges may change where we run promotions.

Delivery

Barefoot.ie will typically ship your order next working day. Delivery is usually within one week, though delays can occur. If our partners are unable to ship the order within a reasonable timeframe you will be notified by email detailing the expected delivery date and/or alternative products. You may then decide to wait for your original product to be shipped, change your order to one of the available alternatives, or cancel your order. When an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code and link to follow the progress of delivery.

Returns

Barefoot.ie conforms to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items online. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don't fit, you've ordered the wrong things, if the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t like what you've ordered.

We will guide you through the process.

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Goods must have adequate insurance during return shipping.
• Goods must be in original packaging.
• Goods must not be fitted or used.
• Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form, received from Barefoot.ie

• NOTE: Please do not tape up, or attach labels directly to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first

Refunds are normally processed within a week from the date we receive your return and by the same method you used for your original payment. Any monies refunded are for the cost of the goods only. Postage is non-refundable. Faulty product will receive a full refund provided a proof of purchase is provided. Products returned for exchange to different style or size will have a minimum €15.50 charge applied for the return shipping and handling costs. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way.
